Starting from foundational sales and execution roles in Kenya and Uganda, he steadily ascended through the ranks, demonstrating exemplary leadership and strategic acumen.
Edward's journey took him through national leadership positions in East and Central Africa, where he developed and executed robust trade marketing strategies for the largest categories. His extensive experience includes recruiting and managing a network of distributors, ensuring optimal market coverage and enhanced distribution efficiency. This expertise culminated in his role as Kenya Country Manager for Procter & Gamble, where he oversaw the senior-most sales and commercial operations in East Africa, driving substantial growth and operational excellence.
